JUNE 2021

 TEMPLE!

Nathan and I got to go to the temple to do baptisms together. It was my first time being in the temple in over a year. It was so amazing that I cried tears of joy.

HURRICANE HARBOR

We've had a blast cooling off at the water park this summer.

RAIN!

Last year Phoenix didn't get rain during it's usual monsoon season, so we are very happy that we have had a few rainstorms this year.

RS POOL DAY

Members who have pools have started a rotation so that we have a pool day with our friends once a week. The kids love it

PERFECT CURL

Whenever we swim Brooklyn's hair naturally twists into a perfect curl.

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY

Jared is such a wonderful dad. He fixes their things when they break, he encourages them in their talents, and he reads to them at night. Most of all he lead them with his example of love and kindness.

The kids gave Jared the book he's been wanting to read.

ART AND MUSIC CAMP

We didn't get permission to take or post pictures, but Abby and Maddy spent two weeks this summer teaching camp to 5-8 year old kids. They did a fun filled week-long music and art camp for 10 kids. They did a great job and earned some money for Abby's Japan trip and for Maddy's pedal harp.

BAKING COOKIES

When life give's you 118 degree weather, bake cookies in your car. That's exactly what Abby and Maddy did, although if it's that hot make sure you check your cookies often so they don't get too crispy.

SWIM LESSONS

Audrey and Brooklyn took some swim lessons. They love jumping off the diving board.

AUDREY'S SELF PORTRAIT

Audrey had her body traced then she drew a picture of herself as a princess.

DRAMA SHOWCASE

Nathan took a homeschool drama class this year. He learned how to project his voice and perform in front of others. He did a great job at his showcase.
