BACKYARD PROJECT

I felt a little overwhelmed when a truck dropped off 17 tons of pea gravel for our backyard.

Luckily we have wonderful neighbors and church members who came over to help us shovel, wheelbarrow, and spread the gravel without being asked. I thought this project would take us a couple weeks to finish, but we got it done in less than a day thanks to everyone's help.

Brooklyn and Audrey helped too. 

I'm happy to finally have a safe cushion for my kids if they fall from the swing set.

VALENTINE'S DAY

We made and decorated heart cookies to give to all the families who helped us with the gravel.

Jared made us this delicious cherry pie for Valentine's day.

The kids had fun playing, doing crafts, and exchanging valentine's at our homeschool party.

ENCHANTED ISLAND

The little girls took one last trip to Enchanted Island before our Pogo passes expired. 

ROCK CLIMBING

We had fun rock climbing on President's day. Audrey and Brooklyn made it to the very top of the wall for the first time.

Maddy worked hard on some projects this month. She did this nice acrylic painting of a scene we saw in Yosemite, and she did a really cool 3D model of a cell.
