CHRISTMS PIANO CONCERTS
Abby and Maddy performed at a retirement center and did a wonderful job.
Brooklyn and the piano teacher's daughter Lily look like twins with their masks on.
Abby and Maddy with their amazing teacher Amanda West. We are really going to miss her when we move.
Abby and Maddy had a Christmas recital for all of their students. Audrey and Nathan did a wonderful job.
Maddy made us this beautiful (and delicious) yule log.
Our family chose France for our Christmas around the World activity. We made a yule log and Audrey and Nathan gave a presentation on French Christmas traditions.
Our homeschool group had fun learning about how Christmas is celebrated in Brazil, China, Sweden, England, and Tonga. The kids even got to make their own Christmas crackers.
My kids love playing at our weekly homeschool park day with all their friends.
Abby was super nervous about her flute solo, and accidently picked up the wrong flute. Luckily she realized her mistake before blowing on in. She played beautifully.
Abby's band is small, but they did a great job on all their songs.
Dr Park loves teaching Abby.
Audrey has been busy making a myriad of her own Christmas crafts. She made matching elf hats for her and Brooklyn to wear. She also made her own Santa hat.
We don't get snow here in Arizona, so the kids made igoos and forts out of cardboard and had a paper ball snowball fight. The kids had a blast!
Visiting Santa outside
The girls made scratch off ornaments.
We had a nice Christmas dinner with vegetarian options!
Abby performed a beautiful flute duet.
I lead the Primary Children in singing "Away in a Manger." I'm super sad that I'm getting released from this calling at the new year. I'm going to miss these sweet kids.
Maddy played a shepherd in the Nativity.
