Nathan's 9th Birthday

Nathan had his heart set on spending his birthday in Idaho, so we were glad that the timing worked out so well.

Grandma Collett baked Nathan a giant chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting.

Nathan was thrilled with his Star Wars LEGOs from Grandma and Grandpa.

Nathan asked for the game Hogwart's Battle for his birthday.

SWIM PARTY

Jared's parents' neighbor was nice enough to let us use their pool for a swim party on Nathan's birthday.

Nathan is smart, creative, and kind.  He loves to read and play in the backyard.  He is a great swimmer, hiker, and bike rider.  Nathan enjoys science, history, and creative writing.  He is very sweet with his little sisters, and he puts up with being the only boy very well.  We feel so blessed to have him as part of our family.
