 SEMINARY GRADUATION

Abby and her awesome seminary teacher Beki Phelps and her classmates Hyrum Scott and Adia Phelps. 

All the seminary graduates for our district. I'm incredibly proud of Abby for waking up each morning, even though she is definitely not a morning person, and making gospel learning a priority. 

HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION

Congratulations to Abby who graduated from high school! Since she graduated from homeschool, we just had a short and sweet ceremony with our family at the beach. Jared played “Pomp and Circumstance” on his speaker and gave her a diploma. We offered to let her give us a valedictorian speech, but she opted for a musical number instead. 🤣 We are incredibly proud of all that’s she’s learned and accomplished, and we look forward to seeing what awaits her as she starts at BYU this fall.

Our family went out to Vegeful Cafe to celebrate!

Right after graduation, Abby was excited to start reading for fun again. She went to the library and picked out this large stack of books. We feel her education must be a success so far since she still likes  learning for its own sake even without the homework assignments and grades.
