Maddy's 10th Birthday

We only do friend parties for the kids' odd numbered birthdays so Maddy had her choice this year of a family party at home, or a family outing.  She decided she wanted to take a trip to the American Girl store in Dallas.  She and Abby were in doll heaven while Nathan and Jared did their best to put up with it.

Audrey loved the Bitty Baby section of the store.  Here she is washing her baby's clothes.

 Maddy wanted to open her presents first thing in the morning.  She loved her new LEGO set.

Maddy is smart, talented, and beautiful.  She is also helpful, obedient and responsible. She is a wonderful big sister.  She reads to Audrey and plays with her every morning so that I can sleep in.  We feel blessed to have her in our family!
